I’m an IP, commercial lawyer and 'registered trademark attorney' with the Trans Tasman IP Attorneys Board (TTIPAB), Australia and NZ (2026).
With over 20+ years of legal experience in top-tier and boutique law firms, in-house with ASX companies, and operating my own business in Australia and overseas, I decided it was time to help other start-ups and clients navigate their way through trademark and IP laws, without the huge city firm costs.
After working a Senior Legal Counsel and General Counsel within tech, telco, FMCG, fashion, aviation, and all types of industries at every stage of growth from start-ups - SMEs - corporates - I’ve seen the same issue come up again - brands built without proper protection.Â
